I don’t mean to brag but I’ll brag. Going through hell is something that has become a familiar place. My story would be far too long to share. I have a novel coming out next year. Not really.
When the Going Gets Tough the Tough Get Going
The fact that nobody died in my (work related) motor vehicle accident is nothing short of a miracle. This might be enough proof to say I am one tough cookie. Truth is, I have been at a breaking point many times over the years and every time I find the strength and fortitude to get back up.

Sir Winston Leonard Spencer Churchill
He was born in 1874 and died 1965. He served as the Prime Minster of the United Kingdom from 1940-1945 during WWII.
Winston Churchill managed to instill faith and courage among a people who were quickly starting to feel defeated with ongoing political upheaval.
“If you’re going through hell, keep going”
~ Sir Winston Churchill
Sir Winston Churchill might very well be one of the most beloved Prime Ministers to serve the United Kingdom of all time. And for good reason.
Lessons Learned from Rocky Balboa

I grew up watching the fictional character Rocky Balboa get plummeted black and blue in the ring.
Just when you thought he was down for the count he gets back up and KO’s his opponent.
“It ain’t about how hard you get hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward”
~ Rocky Balboa
Sylvester Stallone
The Screen Writer and Lead Actor of Rocky had his own personal life challenges. Sylvester Stallone fought through discrimination in the film industry and now today is an A List Actor.

“I wanted to write a movie about a guy who says ‘I’m not great at all, never will be. I fight good fighters.
But I just want the opportunity to go the distance’”
~ Sylvester Stallone
Some of us need a fighting spirit to keep going and that fighting spirit will lead us to success and victory. And everyone who thought so little of you will eventually see how wrong they were. Some of us just want the opportunity to go the distance but it is in each and every one of us to keep fighting for that opportunity.
